The 2008 Bicycle Ride Actoss Tennessee (BRAT), which takes place for the 19th time this year, will begin in upper east Tennessee. The blast-off will be on Sunday, September 14th 2008 and the biker will be out at Tennessee’s beautiful nature through Saturday, September 20th 2008.The terrain on this year's route will vary greatly each day. There will be flats, hills, and mountains, but this years BRAT will be more Mountainous than the past years. Long graded climbs will abound!
Come and wait along the route for the bikers to cheer for them or register and participate yourself! But one thing is sure for everybody: Expect beautiful rural Tennessee scenery and back roads, a promise the BRAT keeps every year!
